 Our Dojo is located at 46 Terry Drive, Sugar Grove, IL 60554 which is the intersection of Rt. 47 and 56. The two level building houses a 3200 sq. foot main dojo upstairs where karate, zumba, kickboxing, mixed martial arts (MMA) and jujitsu are held. Downstairs, there is another 3,200 sq foot which has the boxing ring, boxing equipment, full weight room and the dressing/locker rooms are housed.
Rocky's dojo offers a convenient 2-way mirror which gives parents the opportunity to view their children unnoticed while they focus on learning the art of karate. In addition a closed circuit camera is mounted in the dojo to allow parents in the lobby to view the martial arts class on a 46" television, to monitor the child's progress.
The lower level is completly setup for boxing and kickboxing training. Rocky's boxing classes are held in a regulation size boxing ring along with all of the accessories. Rocky's offers heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, Powerline bags, plus focus mitts and more.
  The dojo also houses a complete weight room. We have a wide variety of free weights and machines to accommodate mosts peoples needs for strength training and power lifting.
Finally when your workout is complete we have showers and lockers for you to use.
